  1. I suspect that many people have no choice in being stuck behind a screen nowadays. Even when it’s time to go to lunch, leave for home, get home, etc., there seems to be a need to at least check the screen. Then there are those who watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. online. I hardly turn my TV on anymore. Too many commercials.

    I imagine discipline has to come into play sometimes. The only time I sincerely don’t have a screen in front of my face, which to me is the most important time is when visiting with friends and family. This time is all theirs. No screen allowed!!!
