In this episode, the sun is out and the sky is blue. Tomorrow was a better day as promised. Along the way, I decided to tell the story of a good friend of mine who passed away at a young age. He is gone, but will never be forgotten and brings me blue skies every single time I think of him. And, as always, I throw in a poem for good measure.

In this episode, it’s a beautiful Saturday and I’m blowing off some steam with another walk and talk. Somedays are not as good as the others, but when life throws adversity your way you’re left kicking stones until you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. I also talk about versions of ourselves and how our moods can change from time to time creating versions we might not like. No poem this time, but I throw in a little story from my past for good measure.
