There is something so relaxing to me about a view that goes beyond the horizon. An open road. An ocean. A river. It just makes you feel like your potential is limitless.
I’m trying. I have been active for pretty much all my life. It is one of the most important things to me. Thanks for the comment and I feel the same about how you described it. Being healthy is my therapy right up there with writing.
