In this episode, it’s a beautiful Saturday and I’m blowing off some steam with another walk and talk. Somedays are not as good as the others, but when life throws adversity your way you’re left kicking stones until you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. I also talk about versions of ourselves and how our moods can change from time to time creating versions we might not like. No poem this time, but I throw in a little story from my past for good measure.

Thank you for your comment. I’m glad you enjoyed it. That lady of yours, I think we all have one of them. They try to wear us down at every juncture but we are better than that and won’t allow them to break us. Just keep being you because its her that is lacking something in her life to be so misery all the time. Appreciate you saying that about me and I’m happy you see me in the version I feel I am. As for my daughter, we’ll see I guess and thanks for that. We Canadians and our weird spelling lol. Until…
