Welcome back, join me and my continuing conversation about my thoughts, feelings, and emotions to the world around me.

In this episode, I’m out and about and glad I am. Glad to the bone, because if you can’t find happiness in your day, then that day stays exactly the same. Who wants that vicious cycle? I know I don’t, and I may have a way to make sure you don’t either. And, as always, I throw in a poem for good measure.
