Earth to Ash Episode # 45 – On Your March, Get Set!

Welcome back, join me and my continuing conversation about my thoughts, feelings, and emotions to the world around me.

In this episode, I’m on a walk decompressing from another survived week. Thinking about how even though stress and anxiety are bad things, they are necessary at times to make me stronger and more prepared for what else life will throw my way. And, as always, I throw in a poem for good measure.

  1. Now, the first thing is stop worrying. The fact that I did a post like that was because not only was I feeling the pinch, I realized that a lot of people around me were as well. Such as yourself, so it was reinforcement that we all needed to take a moment and recharge together in a sense. Being in a mood and a funk is completely natural and sometimes it doesn’t take much to trigger it, it’s all about the energy. Never think that I would take something you said as a negative, and in this case I didn’t either. If that’s you being mean then I can take that all the time, lol. It’s OK to vent, it’s Ok to be off, we’re all human and I am just as guilty. It’s throws people when they see me slightly off who I am 95% of the time. They will have to deal with that their own way right? Look it’s another, another week, another round, don’t give it and chin up. It will get better and we’re good, don’t spend another second worrying about that. And lastly, dang…I did forget the until…noooooooooo! 😉 Until…
